Rock is a seaside village in Cornwall, England. It is located on the north east bank of the Camel estuary facing Padstow and not far from Daymer Bay, St Minver and Polzeath and is one of nearly 260 towns and villages in Cornwall in which Go2 has cottages or holidays lets available. The closest cities are Truro (population 20,920), Plymouth (population 243,795), and Exeter (which has a population of 106,772 according to the 2001 Census).
As well as some excellent beaches Rock is also popular because of the watersports on offer including waterskiing, windsurfing and dinghy sailing.
